Light.8 is based on Light.7.
New option: WITH_FILE_COMMENTS. Removes file comment capability. Capability
tag in mule capability info packet is not set, and on received info packets, the tag
is disregarded. Does not send comment & rating packet, and on receiving one discards
it. Removed UI items related to comments as well, and the comment & rating variables
from file and client classes.
As this option is extremely intrusive (touching 38 files total), there might be bugs
left.
