Light.7 is based on Light.6.
New option: WITH_VERSIONCHECK. Defined by default, undefined when WITH_MULTIPLE_INSTANCES
is defined. While checking for a new version automatically is a good idea usually,
it's redundant when using multiple instances version. Also, those using multiple instances
version are likely to be active members anyway, and thus will be looking for the new
version by themselves. Link for version check is still preserved in server log in
startup.
