Cleanup patches

Current version is 0.30a.

While I originally started this codetree just to clean up some simple pieces in eMule official sourcetree, at some point it just started to grow. So, currently the cleanup tree is something I put code I believe would be useful in general to, as well as various changes like added code comments, fixes I've tested and found to work (for me), and so on.

Anything I put to cleanup tree I mean to talk about with devteam members. Everything in this tree I believe could be merged to official sourcetree. If I find out that something is not and will not be considered, I just don't put that to cleanup-tree anymore in next eMule version, but rather keep it in my Light tree.

As some people have had trouble getting or compiling the required external libraries, I set up a page to describe how I handled them.
