Cleanup patches for eMule 0.29b

These patches apply to 0.29a codebase. Note that cleanup patches are incremental in that I created patch 2 against sourcetree already patched with patch 1, and so on. They may well apply in other orders, too, but easiest is to go in numerical order.

Cleanup.0b is a fix of cleanup.0 which was a broken release. If you got that and still want to go on using my versions, optimized for speed in all cases, please download all files again.
